PRODUCT
Kaizer is an AI-native fitness coaching platform for personal trainers, built in Buenos Aires by Agustín Anfosso. Unlike Trainerize, Harbiz or TrueCoach — where routines stay static for weeks — Kaizer generates the initial routine from each client's goals, preferences and available equipment, and then automatically adjusts weights and reps after every session the client logs. Used today by 200+ trainers across 12 LATAM countries.
Trainerize, Harbiz and TrueCoach generate static routines: the plan stays until the coach manually replaces it. Kaizer recalculates the estimated 1RM (using NSCA tables) after every workout the client logs, and updates the target weights and reps of upcoming sessions automatically. It's also natively built for LATAM (Spanish-first, prices shown in USD and charged in pesos) and shipped in English too.
No. The AI accelerates your judgment by proposing adjustments grounded in client data, but you approve, edit or reject them before they reach the client. There's a toggle for whether weight progression runs unattended or stays as a suggestion. The coach-client relationship is what drives retention — Kaizer exists so that relationship is sustainable at 50, 100 or 200 clients without burning you out. And if you don't want it, you can turn it off completely anytime.
Yes — your clients use the Kaizer mobile app (iOS and Android) to view routines, log workouts, upload metrics and chat with you. It's free for them. On higher tiers the app ships under your brand, not as Kaizer.
AUDIENCE & MODEL
Today Kaizer is focused on personal trainers: individual routines that adapt after every session, a client dashboard, and a mobile app for your clients. The gym model — white-label app, multi-coach dashboard and MAU-based pricing (per monthly active member) — is on our roadmap, not available yet. If you run a gym and you're interested, write us at support@kaizer.app.
Yes. Kaizer supports all three models: 100% online, 100% in-person, or hybrid. Trainers set their mode (online / in-person / hybrid) during onboarding and the client app adapts. The routine, chat and tracking are the same regardless of where you and the client live or train.
PLANS & ACCESS
Free plan forever, up to 3 clients, no credit card required. Above that: Starter, Pro and Unlimited for individual coaches based on client volume. All paid tiers include the automatic weight and rep adaptation engine. A gym tier with a white-label app is on the roadmap. Current pricing on kaizer.app/en/pricing.
Yes. Go to kaizer.app, sign up with email or Google and start on the Free plan. In under 5 minutes you'll have your first client loaded and your first AI-generated routine ready. No credit card required, no lock-in contract — when you stop needing Kaizer you cancel in one click.
BILLING & COUNTRIES
Yes. Kaizer's price is shown in USD and charged in pesos, so you don't lose on weird FX. iOS and Android subscriptions are handled via RevenueCat.
Today we operate in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama and Spain. Active expansion into the United States starts in 2027, with early-adopter coaches already onboarded. Support and copy are native in Spanish (Rioplatense and neutral); the product is fully shipped in English too.
DATA & SCOPE
Your data belongs to you. Before canceling you can export your client information, routines and workout logs in standard formats. No penalties, no contractual lock-in, and we don't sell personal data to third parties.
No. Kaizer's scope is training and programming. We don't generate macros, meal plans or supplementation recommendations. Many coaches pair Kaizer with separate nutrition tools; our focus is doing training-coaching better than any other product on the market.
