When software like Kaizer makes sense.
You build programs in spreadsheets and lose hours copying, pasting and adjusting loads by hand.
Your clients are scattered across WhatsApp, Excel and notes, with no single view per client.
You want to spot the moment a client stops training — before they churn.
You need retention, adherence and session metrics without building reports manually.
You want a platform available in English, Spanish and Portuguese with local pricing.
What Kaizer includes.

Yes — they use the Kaizer client app (iOS and Android), where they see their trainer, routines and progress, and log every session.
Over 1,200 trainers across 20+ countries, who have already created 150k+ routines on the platform.
Kaizer's apps hold 4.9 on the App Store across 1,200+ ratings and 4.8 on Google Play across 1,700+. The line that comes back most is the time recovered: 2 hours per week, per client, so a trainer with 10 clients gets back 20 hours a week that used to go into building routines by hand and answering the same question three times.
You upload the routine you already use as a PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, TXT file or a photo, and Kaizer transcribes it into an editable routine. The cap is 500,000 bytes per file, and the legacy binary formats (.doc and .xls) are not accepted. Most people migrate one client first to see how it lands, and the rest is repetition from there.
