Kahunas' only AI is the Health Score: sleep, stress and readiness scores pulled from Apple Health / Google Health Connect. Useful for check-ins, but it doesn't touch your program — the routine isn't generated or adjusted automatically; the coach reads the scores and changes everything by hand. Kaizer takes every workout the client logs, recalculates the estimated 1RM with NSCA tables, and updates the weights and reps of upcoming sessions. You choose whether it runs unattended or as a suggestion to approve. Result: fewer plateaus, better adherence, higher retention.
