Up-to-date comparison between Kaizer and Kahunas: AI, white-label app, language, LATAM billing, programming and nutrition. Built to help you decide, not to sell.
Kahunas is an all-in-one English coaching platform (UK) whose hook is shipping you your own fully branded app in under 30 days, plus a huge nutrition database, payments and video calls. Its only AI is the Health Score (sleep, stress and readiness scores from wearables): it reports, it doesn't touch your training program. Kaizer is the choice if you want AI that actually coaches: it generates the routine and re-programs it after every session the client logs — recalculating the estimated 1RM with NSCA tables and adjusting weights and reps. It also offers the full product in Spanish today (Kahunas is English-only, Spanish 'in development'), shows prices in USD and charges in pesos. The AI is optional — turn it off anytime; you keep the final say. If what you need is a packaged white-label app or built-in nutrition, that's where Kahunas has the broader product surface.

(1) White-label app: it ships you a fully branded iOS + Android app under your own App Store / Google Play listing in under 30 days, with no setup fee and no separate Apple/Google subscription — a packaged offering Kaizer doesn't provide. (2) Business and marketing automation: lead-gen forms, sales funnels, churn prediction and Zapier/Make integrations are mature. (3) All-in-one breadth: a deep nutrition database (~1.6M foods with macros and micros), native video calls and commission-free payments — a broader product surface than Kaizer's training-only focus. (4) Reputation and support: 4.9/5 on GetApp, with reviewers praising responsive support and ease of use. Kaizer is intentionally training/programming and does not compete on nutrition. If you rely on Kahunas' built-in nutrition or its packaged white-label app, weigh that. If you want AI that re-programs training itself, Spanish that works today and billing in pesos, Kaizer is the call.

No. Kahunas' only AI is the Health Score (or Wellbeing AI): it generates sleep, stress, anxiety and readiness scores from wearable data (Apple Health / Google Health Connect) and auto-populates check-ins. It doesn't generate routines or re-program the plan after a session — the coach reads the scores and adjusts everything by hand. Kaizer recalculates each client's estimated 1RM after every workout they log (using sets, reps and RIR) and updates the target weights and reps of upcoming sessions; the coach can let it run unattended or keep it as a suggestion.
Kahunas has three public USD tiers with a 14-day trial (card required): Essentials USD $35/mo (up to 25 clients, generic app), Growth USD $69/mo (up to 50 clients, adds Health Score A.I. and automations) and Ultimate USD $99/mo (unlimited clients, adds your own fully branded iOS + Android app). Kaizer has a Free plan up to 3 clients, then Starter / Pro / Unlimited with the adaptive AI included on all paid tiers. Current pricing on kaizer.app/en/pricing.
Kahunas' interface is English-only. Their own help docs say 'the main setup of the platform is in English' and that they are 'working on introducing multiple languages in the coming year'. You can type your own content (exercise names, foods, program titles) in any language, but the UI isn't localized to Spanish. Kaizer offers the full product in Spanish today, and support responds fast in your hours.
Here Kahunas has an honest edge. Kahunas packages a fully branded iOS + Android app (Ultimate tier, USD $99/mo) and ships a huge nutrition database with macro logging. Kaizer doesn't offer a packaged white-label app — your clients train in the native Kaizer app — and it's deliberately training/programming: it doesn't promise nutrition or macro features. If those two things are central to your business, weigh it. If what moves the needle most is AI that re-programs training itself, Kaizer.
The main change is the engine: in Kahunas you build every program by hand (reviewers call it slow and rigid) and the AI only surfaces wearable scores you then act on yourself; in Kaizer the AI builds the routine and re-programs weights and reps after every logged session, eliminating the manual progressive-overload editing Kahunas reviewers complain about. If you work in LATAM or Spain you also gain Spanish that works today and billing in pesos. The honest tradeoff: Kaizer is training-only, so if you rely on Kahunas' nutrition or white-label app, keep that in mind.
