Askesis has excellent strength primitives — TOP SET, BACK OFF, RPE/RIR, tonnage, estimated 1RM — but all of that is for YOU to read and adjust by hand. The only AI in the product is for nutrition, not training. Kaizer takes every session the client logs, recalculates the estimated 1RM with NSCA tables, and re-programs the weights and reps of upcoming sessions. You choose whether it runs unattended or as a suggestion to approve. The difference between editing 30 routines every Monday and reviewing suggestions.
