Plank Shoulder Taps
Start in a high plank position on your hands with your wrists under your shoulders and your feet slightly wider than hip-width for stability. Brace your abs and squeeze your glutes so your body forms a straight line from head to heels. Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder, then return it and repeat on the other side, resisting any rotation of your hips. Keep your hips as still as possible and breathe steadily throughout.
