Copenhagen Plank
Lie on your side with your forearm on the floor and stack your top leg on a bench so the bench supports your inner ankle/calf. Lift your hips to form a straight line from head to feet, supporting yourself with the forearm and the top leg pressed into the bench. Hold the position with the inner thigh pulling against gravity. Keep the bottom leg either off the floor or relaxed below, depending on level. Switch sides for the second set.
