Tate Press

Lie on a flat bench holding a dumbbell in each hand pressed straight up over your chest with palms facing your feet. Keeping the upper arms vertical, bend the elbows and lower the dumbbells inward toward the chest in a curling-style path so the heads of the dumbbells touch above the sternum. Press back to the start by extending the elbows. The path bias hits the long head of the triceps.
