Dumbbell Floor Press

Dumbbell Floor Press

Lie on your back on the floor with knees bent and feet flat. Hold a dumbbell in each hand pressed at chest level with elbows on the floor at roughly a 45-degree angle to the torso. Press both dumbbells up over your chest until arms are fully extended, then lower under control until your triceps lightly touch the floor. The floor stops the descent, protecting the shoulders and biasing lockout strength.
