Kettlebell Floor Press

Lie on your back on the floor holding a kettlebell in one hand with your upper arm resting on the ground and the bell on the back of your forearm. Press the kettlebell straight up until your arm is fully extended, keeping your wrist stacked over your elbow. Lower under control until your triceps lightly touch the floor, then press again. The floor limits your range of motion, protecting the shoulder while loading the chest and triceps.
