Seated Leg Press
Sit in the seated leg press machine with your back and hips fully supported against the backrest. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform, toes slightly turned out. Unrack the weight and lower the platform by bending your hips and knees until they reach a comfortable depth, keeping your heels flat. Press the platform forward by extending hips and knees without locking them. Keep your lower back in contact with the seat throughout the movement.
