45-Degree Leg Press
Sit in the 45-degree leg press machine with your back and hips firmly against the pad. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform, toes slightly turned out. Unrack the sled and lower it by bending hips and knees until your thighs approach your torso, keeping heels flat. Press the platform away by driving through your heels and extending hips and knees without locking them at the top. Keep your lower back in contact with the pad throughout the movement.
