Barbell Larsen Press

Lie on a flat bench and extend your legs straight out so your feet rest on the floor in front of you instead of being planted under your hips. Grip the barbell slightly wider than shoulder width, unrack it, and lower it to your chest with control. Press back to lockout without using any leg drive, keeping your core tight to stay stable. Removing the leg drive forces the chest, shoulders, and triceps to do all the work and improves stability off the bench.
