Cable Shrugs

Cable Shrugs

Attach a straight bar to a low pulley and grip it with a pronated grip at shoulder width. Stand tall and let your arms hang fully so the cable creates tension. Shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears, pause briefly at the top, and lower under control. Keep your arms straight and avoid leaning back.
