Barbell Shrugs
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell in front of your thighs with an overhand grip. Keeping your arms straight, shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears as high as possible. Squeeze at the top for a second, then lower the bar slowly back down. Avoid rolling your shoulders or bending your elbows.
