TRX Hamstring Curl
Lie on your back and place both heels into the foot cradles with the straps hanging from the anchor and your legs extended. Lift your hips off the floor into a bridge so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to heels. Keeping your hips raised, bend your knees to pull your heels toward your glutes, then slowly extend back out under control. The suspension forces your hamstrings and glutes to work hard to both flex the knees and stabilize the bridge.
