Reverse Dumbbell Wrist Curl
Sit on a bench with your forearms resting on your thighs, palms facing down and a dumbbell in each hand. Let your wrists hang just beyond your knees. Extend your wrists upward, contracting the forearm extensors, then lower the weights slowly until your knuckles point down. Keep forearms still and move only at the wrist throughout the set.
