Banded Hip Abductions
Anchor a resistance band to a low point on a rack and loop the other end around the ankle of your outside leg. Stand sideways to the anchor, holding the rack for balance. Keeping your torso upright and knee slightly bent, lift your working leg out to the side against the band tension, then lower with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
