Lateral Band Walk

Loop a resistance band around your thighs just above the knees (or around the ankles for more difficulty). Stand in a quarter-squat position with knees slightly bent and feet shoulder-width apart. Step sideways with one foot, keeping tension on the band, then bring the other foot in to maintain a stable shoulder-width stance. Take the prescribed reps in one direction and then return.
