An exercise video won't upload

Check the connection, size, and format; if it gets stuck, delete it and upload it again.

An exercise video won't upload

If the upload stalls or the video doesn't appear after a while, check three things.

First, the connection: uploading a video on unstable wifi can interrupt the transfer. Try a stable network. Second, the size and format: Kaizer accepts mp4, webm, and mov up to 10 MB. If yours is heavier, compress it first (with HandBrake or similar).

If the video was left half-uploaded, delete it from the exercise and upload it again (see Upload video and thumbnail).
