Assisted progression
Assisted progression is load progression where the software writes the weights and reps of upcoming sessions from the sets, reps and RIR the client logged, while the coach keeps the decisions: the routine does not reach the client until they send it, any week they edit drops out of the calculation permanently, and automatic progression switches on and off globally and client by client.

In practice
It solves the real bottleneck in scaling: recalculating loads by hand for twenty clients is the first thing to go when the calendar tightens, and it is exactly what keeps progress moving. The arithmetic gets automated; the judgment does not.
The common mistake
Reading it as if every load passed through a review. In the weeks the coach did not touch, the arithmetic moves on its own. What makes it assisted is that their edit stops the calculation on that week for good and that they decide what gets sent and who it runs for; what the log never captures — that the client slept four hours, that they are coming back from an injury, that form broke down on the last set — is still their job.
