Kettlebell Russian Twist
Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet slightly elevated. Hold a kettlebell by the horns or handle with both hands at chest level and lean your torso back to roughly 45 degrees. Rotate your torso to one side, bringing the kettlebell toward the floor beside your hip, then rotate to the other side. Keep your core tight and move with control, avoiding excessive momentum.
