Landmine Squat
Anchor one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment and hold the other end at chest height with both hands, standing with feet shoulder-width apart. Brace your core and squat down by sitting back and bending your knees, letting the bar arc slightly as you descend until your thighs reach parallel. Drive through your heels to stand back up, keeping your chest tall and the bar close to your body. The fixed bar path makes this a beginner-friendly, knee-friendly squat that strongly engages the quads.
