Neck Rotations

Neck Rotations

Sit or stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and your gaze forward. Slowly turn your head to look over one shoulder, then roll your chin down across your chest and continue around toward the other shoulder. Move gently and smoothly through the full available range, keeping the rest of your body still. Reverse the direction after a few rotations to mobilize the neck evenly before training.
