Band Shoulder Internal Rotation

Band Shoulder Internal Rotation

Anchor a resistance band at elbow height and stand side-on with the band held in the near hand, elbow bent to ninety degrees and tucked against your ribs. Keep the upper arm pinned to your side throughout. Rotate your forearm inward, across your belly, then control the return without letting the elbow drift away from your body. Move slowly and keep the work in the front of the shoulder rather than the wrist.
