Seated Cable Chest Press

Seated Cable Chest Press

Sit on the machine with your back supported and grip the two converging cable handles at chest height. Press both handles forward until your arms are nearly straight and the handles converge near the midline. Squeeze the chest at the front, then return under control to a deep stretch without letting the weight slam. The converging cable path keeps constant tension on the chest through the whole range.
