Attach a D-handle to a low pulley and hinge forward at the hips, facing the tower. Pin your upper arm to your side with the arm parallel to the floor. Extend your forearm back until the arm is straight, fully contracting the triceps, then return under control. Keep your torso still and repeat both sides.
