Dumbbell Prone Triceps Kickback
Lie prone (face down) on a low incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Draw your elbows up so the upper arms are tight against your torso and parallel to the floor. Extend your forearms back until the arms are fully straight, squeezing the triceps, then return under control. The bench eliminates momentum for a stricter contraction.
