Kettlebell Windmill
Press a kettlebell overhead with one arm and lock it out, then turn your feet roughly 45 degrees away from the loaded side. Keeping the bell-side arm vertical and your eyes on it, push your hip out toward the kettlebell and hinge sideways, sliding your free hand down the inside of your lead leg. Lower until your torso is close to parallel with the floor while keeping both knees mostly straight and the overhead arm locked. Reverse the movement by driving your hips back under you to stand tall, then complete the reps and switch sides.
