Kettlebell High Pull
Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width and the kettlebell on the floor between them, then hinge at the hips and grip the handle with one or both hands. Drive through your legs and snap your hips forward to accelerate the bell upward, letting it travel close to your body. As it rises, pull your elbow high and back so it leads the hand, finishing with the bell around chest height and elbow above wrist. Reverse the path, hinging back to let the bell swing down between your legs, and repeat with rhythm.
