Snatch Grip High Pull

Snatch Grip High Pull

Stand with feet hip-width apart and grip a barbell with a wide snatch grip (about 1.5x shoulder width). Set up like a deadlift, drive through the floor, and as the bar passes the hips, explosively shrug and pull the bar upward, leading with the elbows high and to the sides. The bar should travel close to the body and reach roughly chest height. Lower under control.
