TRX Push-Ups
Set the suspension straps at mid-length and grip the handles with arms extended, leaning your bodyweight forward into a plank with a straight line from head to heels. Brace your core and lower your chest between the handles by bending your elbows, keeping them tucked at roughly 45 degrees. Press back up until your arms are fully extended and the straps are taut. The instability of the straps forces extra activation of your chest, triceps and shoulder stabilizers.
