Banded Terminal Knee Extension
Loop a resistance band around a sturdy anchor at knee height and step into it so it wraps behind the back of one knee. Step back to create tension and stand with a slight bend in that knee, the band pulling it forward. Drive your knee back into full extension by squeezing your quad, then control the return as the band pulls you back to the slight bend. Keep your foot flat and your hips level throughout, working one leg at a time.
