Standing Hamstring Stretch

Standing Hamstring Stretch

Stand tall and place one heel on the floor in front of you with the toes pulled up toward your shin. Keep that leg straight and hinge forward from your hips, sending your tailbone back while keeping your back flat. Rest your hands on the bent support leg and feel the stretch run down the back of the straight leg. Hold the position without rounding your spine, then switch legs.
