Seated Forward Fold

Seated Forward Fold

Sit on the floor with both legs extended straight in front of you and your toes pointing up. Sit tall, then hinge forward from your hips and reach your hands toward your feet, keeping your back as flat as possible. Lower until you feel a stretch along the back of your thighs, and relax into the position without forcing it. Hold steadily and breathe, allowing the hamstrings to release gradually.
