Wrist Flexor Stretch

Wrist Flexor Stretch

Extend one arm straight in front of you at shoulder height with the palm facing up. With your other hand, gently grasp the fingers and pull them back and downward toward the floor. Keep your extended elbow straight until you feel a stretch through the underside of your forearm and wrist. Hold steadily without bouncing, then release and repeat on the other arm.
