Wrist Circles
Stand or sit tall and extend both arms in front of you, then clasp your hands together or hold them in loose fists. Keeping your forearms still, draw slow circles with your hands, moving only through the wrists. Complete the reps in one direction, then reverse and circle the other way. Aim for a smooth, full range of motion to warm up the wrist joints and forearm tendons before any pressing or gripping work.
