Barbell Reverse Wrist Curl
Sit on a bench with your forearms resting on your thighs and your wrists hanging over your knees, palms down. Hold a barbell with a shoulder-width pronated grip. Let the bar drop slightly and then curl your wrists upward, lifting the bar by extending the wrists. Squeeze the top of the forearms and lower under control. Keep elbows fixed.
