Kettlebell Single-Arm Clean
Stand with the kettlebell between your feet and hinge at the hips to grip the handle with one hand. Drive through your legs and snap your hips forward to pull the bell up close to your body, keeping your elbow tucked in. As it rises, rotate your hand around the bell and let it settle softly on the back of your forearm in the front rack, absorbing it with a slight knee bend. Lower it back down under control along the same path and repeat for the set before switching sides.
