Landmine Lateral Raise
Anchor one end of a barbell in a landmine and stand side-on, gripping the free end with the hand farthest from the bar across your body. Keeping a slight bend in your elbow, raise the bar out and up in an arc until your arm reaches roughly shoulder height, leading with your elbow. Lower it back down under control along the same path. The arcing landmine path adds constant tension on the lateral deltoid through the range; complete all reps on one side before switching.
