Dumbbell Single Leg Step-Up

Stand upright in front of an aerobic step holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with arms extended. Place one full foot flat on the step and drive through that heel to stand fully on top, bringing the trailing leg up without pushing off the floor. Step down slowly with the same leading leg to control the descent, then alternate. Keep your chest tall, core braced, and avoid leaning forward.
