Toy Soldier Walk
Stand tall with your arms extended straight out in front of you at shoulder height. Keeping your leg as straight as possible, kick one foot up to meet the opposite hand, then lower it and step forward. Alternate legs as you walk down the floor, swinging each straight leg up to dynamically stretch the hamstrings. Keep your back tall and avoid rounding the spine as you reach for each kick.
