Shrimp Squat
Stand on one leg and bend the other knee behind you, grabbing that foot with the same-side hand near your glute. Squat down on the standing leg, lowering until the rear knee lightly taps the floor while keeping your torso upright. Drive through the standing foot to rise back up without releasing the held foot or losing balance. Keep your core tight and the working knee tracking over the toes throughout.
