TRX Pistol Squat

TRX Pistol Squat

Stand facing the anchor holding both handles with arms extended for support. Lift one leg straight out in front of you and slowly lower into a single-leg squat on the standing leg, using the straps to help control your balance and depth. Drive through the heel of the working leg to stand back up while keeping the raised leg off the floor. The straps assist your stability so you can train the demanding single-leg pattern with a controlled, full range of motion.
