Kettlebell Front Rack Squat
Clean two kettlebells into the front rack so the bells rest on the backs of your forearms with your elbows high and wrists stacked. Set your feet shoulder-width apart and brace your core hard to keep the torso upright. Sit down between your hips, driving your knees out and reaching full depth while keeping your elbows up so the load stays over your midfoot. Stand back up by pushing through your heels and finish tall with the bells still racked.
