Cossack Squat
Stand with your feet much wider than shoulder-width and your toes turned slightly out, hands clasped at your chest for balance. Shift your weight onto one leg and bend that knee deeply, sinking your hips down and back while the other leg stays straight with its toes pointing up. Keep your chest up and the heel of the bending leg planted as you reach the bottom, feeling a stretch through the straight leg's inner thigh. Drive back up to the center and shift over to the other side, alternating or completing reps per side.
