Squat Jump
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lower into a quarter to half squat, keeping your chest up and arms back. Explode upward as forcefully as possible, fully extending your hips, knees, and ankles to leave the ground. Swing your arms up to add momentum and land softly on the balls of your feet, immediately bending your knees to absorb the impact. Reset your posture and repeat each rep with maximum power.
