Landmine Rotation
Anchor one end of a barbell in a landmine and hold the free end with both hands at chest or eye height, arms extended, standing with feet shoulder-width apart. Brace your core and rotate the bar in a wide arc from one side to the other by pivoting through your hips and trunk, keeping your arms relatively straight. Control the bar as it sweeps across and resist letting your lower back take over. Move side to side under control, driving the rotation from your obliques rather than your shoulders.
