High Knees

High Knees

Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms bent at your sides. Run in place driving one knee up toward hip height while the opposite arm swings forward in a coordinated sprinting motion. Land softly on the balls of your feet and alternate legs quickly, keeping your chest up and your core braced. Maintain a fast, rhythmic cadence for the duration of the timed set.
