Kettlebell Push Press
Hold one or two kettlebells in the front rack with the bells resting on the backs of your forearms and your elbows in front. Brace your core and dip slightly by bending your knees while keeping your torso upright. Drive explosively through your legs and use that momentum to press the bells overhead until your arms lock out. Lower the bells back to the rack with control and reset before the next rep.
