Kettlebell Single-Leg Deadlift
Hold a kettlebell in one hand and stand on the opposite leg with a slight bend in the supporting knee. Hinge at the hip, letting your free leg extend straight behind you as your torso lowers toward parallel with the floor and the kettlebell travels toward the ground. Keep your hips square and your back flat, feeling the stretch in the hamstring of the standing leg. Drive through the heel to return to standing, then complete all reps before switching sides.
